Professor Dr. Lim Weng Marc made entry into the Malaysia Book of Records. After completing his PhD with Monash University on full scholarship, Professor Dr. Lim joined the Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak as a Senior Lecturer at the age of 27. He was promoted to Associate Professor at the age of 29 and to Professor at the age of 31 years and 3 months by Swinburne University of Technology Australia. Professor Dr. Lim currently serves as Adjunct Professor of Swinburne Business School at Swinburne University of Technology’s home campus in Melbourne, Australia and as Professor and Head of School of Business at Swinburne University of Technology’s international branch campus in Sarawak, Malaysia. Besides innovating the LABS pedagogy, Professor Dr. Lim has published in premier journals ranked ‘A*’ and ‘A’, such as the European Journal of Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, and Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing. He has also led high-level discussions at the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, and the World Economic Forum.
